Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SEO Executive / Technical Search Manager to become an integral part of a new Digital Search Agency based in the incredibly fast growing and dynamic city of Dubai.
Our client is one of the first and leading Digital SEO agencies in the region and as such provides the successful candidates with an amazing opportunity to be one of the founding members of this new and exciting start up. Our client is dedicated to providing Digital Search Solutions and consultancy within the region with ambitions to grow quickly into the Far Eastern market.
This is an outstanding opportunity to make a name for yourself in a high profile role based in the exciting city of Dubai. Fluent in Arabic, you will need to be a bit of an SEO whiz and be someone who can drive the natural search strategy and have proven record in delivering results in competitive markets.
We expect you to eat, breath and sweat SEO and you will become part of a fun team that becomes the leading SEO experts in the region. Reporting to the Head of Search you will develop the benchmark that all other agencies in the region will want to follow, in short you need to be the best.
Skills required;
• Fluent in Arabic
• Analyse a client’s current website and provide a well defined site assessment on current natural search performance
• Understand the major technical factors that influence natural search crawlability, indexing and keyword ranking.
• Perform Natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including but not limited to, identification and analysis of performance metrics; keyword research and ranking analysis; competitive market audits; writing SEO friendly copy and implementation of SEO best practices.
• Proactively present program recommendations along with benefits to clients in order to timely advance program goals and objectives.
• Support the account management team, including interaction with clients and partners.
• Take an active interest in new SEO innovations such as RSS, Social search, blogging and Video and communicate these benefits to clients
• Understanding analytics, how to measure performance and report regularly on SEO progress
• Assess, manage and report on inbound link building strategies
Candidate Requirements:
• Client facing and exceptional written and numeracy skills including high proficiency in excel
• Commercial awareness of natural Search in the context of client’s marketing plans
• Website build- HTML, DDA, JavaScript
• Appreciation of CMS and dynamic URL’s
• Appreciation of web analytics and techniques
• A curious disposition to technology and SEO developments
• Minimal 2 years experience in house or agency
• Team orientated
• Proven track record of delivering results
A competitive salary of up to $45,000 is offered, tax free in addition to other great benefits which will include flights and visa sponsorship.
